We offer refunds only on items that are incorrect, damaged, or were not received.

Our refund lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us at order@stpaulfish.com  and provide evidence of the reason for refund.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us at the email address above.  Depending on the order issue, we may ask that you mail the item back to us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition or is damaged
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Gift Cards

Once a gift card order is shipped, please allow 14 days for USPS First Class Mail delivery.  The vast majority of orders are received well before 14 days, but shipping speeds do vary based on shipping address and season.  We do not offer refunds on gift card purchases.  If your gift card was never received, please contact us at order@stpaulfish.com.  We will issue a replacement after verifying the balance remains on the shipped gift card.  Please note that gift cards are always available for purchase at our Mequon and Milwaukee Public Market locations.  They should be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.



After you contact us, we will evaluate the issue with your order and advise you whether a replacement with be shipped and/or what refund will be issued.  We may ask that the item be returned before issuing a refund.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange items for any other reason.  Please pay careful attention to item descriptions and sizing before placing an order.


Shipping returns

If you request that you return your product, you should mail your product to:

St. Paul Fish Co. 6200 W Mequon Rd, Mequon, Wisconsin 53092.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
