Our Retail Counter employees are responsible for preparing customer fresh fish orders (cutting, weighing, checking them out), shucking oysters and preparing them to be served, assembling orders of cold deli items and preparing them to be served, communicating with customers in person and over the phone, accepting payments and making change, and using a point of sale (POS) system for transactions, and assisting other restaurant staff as needed.

Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, have great customer service skills, a passion for food service, and enjoy working in a team atmosphere. You need to be able to multi task and work in a fast paced restaurant.

No experience is necessary! Some front of house experience is a plus but we are always willing to train the right candidate.

This position is hourly plus tips and averages $16-$20/hr.

Shifts are available for lunch and dinner shifts, but some Night and Weekend availability is a must!

Our Bussers/Food Runners help prepare the dining room for guests by clearing and cleaning tables, helping keep the restaurant clean and organized, as well as assisting waitstaff in delivering food to guests.

Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, have great customer service skills, a passion for food service, and enjoy working in a team atmosphere. You need to be able to multi task and work in a fast paced restaurant.  No experience necessary and a great part time job!

Our bartenders are professional and high-energy and excel in a fast paced environment.   They have excellent communication skills to serve cocktails and our amazing food menu to our customers. Bartenders are responsible for greeting customers, learning about their preferences, answering questions, recommending menu items, and preparing and serving beverages and food. They also upsell items, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

This position is hourly plus tips and averages $30+ an hour.

Shifts are available weekday and weekend days and nights.  Weekend availability is a must!

Our servers are responsible for greeting guests and taking drink and food orders.  They always stay attentive to the needs of our guests and have an outgoing and friendly personality.  We expect servers to be familiar with our menu, specials, and ingredients so they can answer guest questions and make suggestions.  Duties include using the POS to correctly ring in orders, keeping the dining room presentable by pre-bussing tables, performing daily side-work such as rolling silverware and stocking our server station, delivering food and beverages to tables, and communicating with coworkers to ensure the best experience for our guests.
